Cancellation Timeline

24+ Hours Before Booking

Full Refund Available: Cancel your test drive booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a complete refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Less than 24 Hours Before Booking

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled test drive are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures dealerships can adequately prepare and manage their vehicle scheduling.

No-Show Policy

No Refund: If you fail to show up for your scheduled test drive without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. Please respect the time and resources of our partner dealerships.

How to Cancel

Email Cancellation (Required)

To cancel your test drive booking, send an email to:

Please include your booking confirmation number and the reason for cancellation in your email.

Information to Include

  • Your full name
  • Booking confirmation number
  • Scheduled test drive date and time
  • Vehicle details (make, model, year)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations

If severe weather conditions make test driving unsafe, DriveDrop may cancel bookings and provide full refunds or rescheduling options at no additional cost.

Vehicle Unavailability

If the dealership cannot provide the scheduled vehicle due to unexpected circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule with a similar vehicle.

Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies that prevent you from attending your test drive, please contact support@drivedrop.io with documentation. We will review each case individually for potential refund consideration.

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed and the refund has been initiated.
