DriveDrop operates as a platform connecting customers with automotive dealerships for at-home test drive experiences. We facilitate bookings, payments, and coordination but do not own or operate the vehicles or dealerships featured on our platform.
3. User Eligibility and Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have valid automobile insurance
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Complete our identity verification process
4. Booking and Payment Terms
All test drive bookings are subject to availability and dealership approval. Payment is required at the time of booking. Pricing includes the test drive experience and any additional services as specified in your booking confirmation.
5. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
During test drives, users agree to:
- Operate vehicles safely and lawfully
- Remain within agreed geographical boundaries
- Return vehicles in the same condition as received
- Be liable for any damage, theft, or loss during the test drive period
- Allow only authorized drivers to operate the vehicle
6. Insurance and Liability
Users are required to maintain valid automobile insurance that covers the operation of test vehicles. DriveDrop and participating dealerships are not responsible for accidents, damages, injuries, or violations that occur during test drives. Users assume full responsibility and liability for their actions while using our services.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use vehicles for commercial purposes or ride-sharing
- Modify, damage, or misuse vehicles
- Provide false information or impersonate others
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.
9. Intellectual Property

DriveDrop provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our platform or the vehicles and services offered by dealerships.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriveDrop, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
