We had problems with our air suspension. My husband replaces the part at home but it didnt fix the problem, the computer needed to be reset. We took it here the next day. It sat in their service for a week. They kept saying theres a leak somewhere but they couldn't find it. They replaced a couple of fittings but still leaked. They suggested we buy a new suspension part and return the old one ans they would wait to release the truck and install new part to see if it would fix it. Their quote was ridiculous. Husband brought it home because they said it was, indeed, in drivable condition. That night he replaced the air suspension with a new one and when he took it off he saw that it had been ruptured. He called them the next day to let them know, it was not like this when it went in. They were completely unprofessional with him and called him a liar and refused to listen.

I purchased a Dodge Ram from Clay Cooley on Collins Street in Arlington approximately a year and a half ago, along with multiple warranties and repair packages intended to protect my vehicle. Since the purchase, I have experienced ongoing issues—including problems with the tires and other components—which I have repeatedly brought to the dealership for service under the warranty. Despite their assurances that the issues were resolved, the problems have persisted. The dealership is quick to collect payment and request positive reviews, yet they consistently provide poor customer service and have not effectively addressed or repaired the vehicle’s issues as promised.
