We bought a Lexus from this dealership in December. The car overall was in good shape. We did have a PPI done and a major issue should have been brought to our attention (will be updating their review shortly). We didn’t even have this car but a couple weeks and come to find out it has a bad transmission. The code had been cleared out so the engine light was off. The people at the dealer were nice and pretty flexible with test drives and such which is why I give them 2 stars. I know used cars are As Is, but I would highly recommend to potential buyers that if you are going to purchase a used vehicle, go buy a certified vehicle from a large dealership. These smaller dealers buy garbage from auctions that the large dealers won’t put in their lots. Also, the small dealers like Image won’t deal on price. Although they did lower the price in this car $1500 a month before we bought it. I suppose the bad transmission may be why.

Image Auto Sales is a dealership unlike any other. On average buying a car in Texas was a terrible experience for me. But the people at Image Auto Sales sold me my first car. They were interested in selling us a car and not wasting our time. If I am ever in the market for another car in Texas, Image Auto Sales will be my first stop. If you are unsure just walk in and get a feel of the vibe. It is the most relaxed car shopping experience you will ever have. I did not feel like I was talking to salesmen but experienced hands who respected my time. As always please take any car to a mechanic for an inspection before you buy it.
