I had a really great experience at Five Star Subaru of Grapevine. Every single person working at this dealership was friendly and helpful. It was like car shopping with friends and or family. I came into the dealership with what I thought was an impossible situation looking for a car and left with a my dream car that I was able to purchase for an excellent affordable price. Ray Kirven my salesperson who I actually kept in touch with over a year knew exactly I needed, my budget, and what I was looking for (think sunroof). Ray had the car I was interested in pulled up in front of the dealership and ready to test drive when I arrived. And he also kept me informed of the next steps during the entire car buying process. Corbin the Finance Manager is a rockstar who pulled off a miracle and to whom I can’t think enough. The team at Five Star Subaru Grapevine took the time to talk with me, get the details of my situation (car totaled in a car accident), and helped me work through the best options for my personalized unique situation. For many years I have been scared to buy from big dealerships because of all the bad things I’ve heard or experienced. But there was none of that at this dealership. If you think you can’t afford a car that you will love this dealership will find a way for you. If you have sworn off bigger dealerships for whatever reason give this dealership a try. I promise you will not regret it. Thank you again Shane, Chief, Corbin, Ray and my other new friend who likes hats as much as do for helping make a stressful situation not stressful at all.

What a wonderful experience we’ve had at Sam Pack Five Star Subaru!! I went in for my 1st 6000 mile service and was treated so kindly and with respect. The waiting area is comfortable and hot coffee and yummy snacks are available! I enjoyed a banana while I waited and was delighted at healthy options! Pedro was so nice and when I went to the service counter to ask that my badges be placed on the car for me, the service agent gladly offered to help and personally put them on my car! I am so happy that I chose Five Star Subaru for my purchase and service!! Thanks to everyone for making my Forester ownership a delight! I would highly recommend anyone to join the family of happy Subaru owners!

I made an appointment with Cameron last Saturday just to browse and ended up falling in love with a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. I think we were there around 1.5 hours that day between the test drive, chatting, and looking at numbers. Cameron was so knowledgeable and helpful!! I came back Monday to finalize and think I was only there for about an hour to sign the papers and drive away in my new car. Everyone I worked with was fantastic! Sam helped me on Monday since Cameron wasn’t around - my boyfriend and I enjoyed getting to talk cars with him while we waited our turn for finance. Brandon in finance was SO quick, and Steve, the used car director, was also fantastic & wonderful to chat with. I really felt like everyone there was on my side and wanted to help me get into the car I wanted. All of that, plus the car is PERFECT!! THANK YOU Five Star Subaru 🤩
